Greetings, and happy new year! Please take a moment to give yourself a pat on the back for surviving 2020- it’s been hard!!! Many of us were swept up amidst the challenges (and for some, unexpected gifts) of 2020, and have shuffled priorities like never before. Self care and wellness support may have fallen by the wayside, and now is a perfect time to recommit to taking steps toward greater wellness.

I will listen, reflect back, take notes, and write up a plan including simple self care exercises, daily practices, dietary recommendations and meal plans. I will create a personalized herbal formula to address your unique concerns, as well as recommend specific supplements that may be beneficial.

For new patients:

  • 30 minute video call to discuss your health concerns

  • Personalized care plan with exercises, lifestyle tips, and meal plans

  • One week worth of custom herbal formula ($50 value- additional herbs can be purchased at regular price)

  • Three follow up emails to check in over the course of 30 days

  • Special January 2021 price: $120 (Regular price: $150)

For returning patients:

  • 20 minute video call to discuss or update your health concerns

  • Personalized care plan with exercises, lifestyle tips, and meal plans
