I believe that we can all better fulfill our life’s purpose when our bodies, minds, and spirits are tended to.  It is my passion to bring healing to people so that they can enjoy a fuller life and follow their own passions.

I have been interested in herbs, nutrition, spirituality, and physiology for as long as I can remember.  I started formally studying western herbalism, nutrition, and bodywork in my early twenties and I haven’t looked back since. In 2014, after 4,000 hours of training, I received my Masters in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine at ACTCM and passed the National and State licensure exams.  I now regularly attend continuing education courses in Classical Chinese medicine, contemporary pulse diagnosis, and fertility enhancement.

I came in to see Sage because of her expertise in Women’s Health. I had recently gotten a diagnosis of cervical dysplasia and I knew that Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture could support my body in healing from it. Sage was so helpful in coming up with a treatment plan for me that included acupuncture and herbs. She has a very grounded and compassionate presence which she always brought to our treatments. I’m so happy that I pursued treatment with Sage and an alternative, holistic approach. I got great news at my last appointment with my OBGYN that my cervical dysplasia regressed and that my body had completely cleared HPV (which causes cervical dysplasia)! Highly recommend!
